AFARO formally known as Azfar Jamili b Bakar Jamili is a DJ and music producer based in Subang Jaya. Having started DJ-ing since 2015, Afaro plays a variety of music from house and techno, to R&B and disco. At only a tender age of 26, his focus and vision of music is to encourage and educate music listeners to challenge themselves to listening to music outside their comfort zone. Being a current resident dj at Kyo, Kuala Lumpur, He’s performed in Good Vibes Festival 2017 and 2019, played at the same stage as Joe Kay from Soulection and was the opening act for r&b singer JMSN at The Bee, Kuala Lumpur. He released his latest indie r&b single “Space” with ZSYIA in May 2019. Afaro recently launched his new music production company called Far Off Records.
