Beverly Matujal is a singer-songwriter born and raised in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. She began her foray into songwriting when she was 11 and has been writing ever since. Since then, her uniquely ethereal voice has captivated audiences alike and people can't help but be amazed by the sheer talent that comes from this pint-sized Sabahan lass. 'Echoes', Beverly's debut five-track EP, was released in August 2017 to favourable reviews and a song from the EP ('Compass'), was even shortlisted as a semi-finalist in the 2017 International Songwriting Competition (ISC) out of thousands of applicants. In February 2019, Beverly was awarded the 'Best Overall Malaysian Female Act' for the VIMA Music Awards.
